Laser: Trumpf 10k Watt Laser

- 60.5 x 120.5-inch material bed (1)
- Cutting carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, brass.
- Cutting sheets up to 1 inch thick (2)
- High speed nitrogen cutting (3)
- Water jet cooling to reduce warp of thicker sheets (3)
- Hole and edge beveling feature (3)
(1) Maximum raw material size. Parts must be below these maximum dimensions.
(2) Carbon steel. Other materials may have a lower maximum thickness.

Press Brake: Trumpf TruBend 5130

- Full CNC programing and control allows for complex cross section shapes such as ovals, ellipses, squares, triangular

Tube Bender: Ercolina TB60

Robotic Welding

- Fab Pak robotic weld cell: Dual 25” diameter positioners tables capable of full 360° rotation and up to 90° tilt. Capacity of 25 x 25-inch footprint by 24-inch tall
- System 55 robotic weld cell: Dual 360° rotating 120-inch-long Headstocks and 2-meter arm allow for welding of parts up to 110 x 60+ inches per side
